The locking mechanism on my older model Cuisinart Food Processor broke, making it impossible to run the machine. I was able to replace the exact piece through Amazon. Delivery was made in less than a week, so I never skipped a beat. One happy camper!

Shipped fast, description excellent - I should have read more closely to see I needed both a new cover and pusher sleeve. They were absolutely correct. I ultimately did order both pieces, and they fit perfectly - gave new life to my very old (25+ years?)cuisinart! The old motor works fine and this solution much cheaper than buying a new processor. I'm happy...

When I looked at the specs for this model of cover at Amazon.com, I thought it said that it would work for the Cuisinart 14 series. When it arrived, it was too small and it didn't fit with our machine. When I spoke to someone at Cuisinart, they told me that my model number (which started out 14N) meant that our machine was a new item and that the cover that I was sent would not work. They agreed that our model needed a different cover.
