Great for salad veggies, especially carrot chips. Wonderful for Brussel's Sprouts for stir fry and soups. Cuisinart quality at a good price.

I have all the blade discs for the cuisinart food processor and love and use them frequently. It cuts down on prep time, and I just plop them in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean them up. Highly reccommend!

Previously had the 4mm slicing disc, but needed something thinner. Works fine. Seems to be the same quality of the other Cuisinart Slicing Discs.

Let me start off by saying that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this item, and if it is what you are looking for you will not be disappointed. For me however, I ordered this item in hopes of making potato chips with it. It does not make thin enough slices for true potato chips. It's even thick for Kettle like chips. However this is great for slicing things like cucumbers for pickles. Overall it's a fine product, just didn't do what I expected.
