I searched all over my town for a decent food processor. Most were too big or too small. I saw the KitchenAid 7 cup Food Processor but it was "out of stock" at the Target I was at and they didn't know when it might come in. Went directly to Amazon.com and found it for the same price and free shipping. How could I lose? It is an excellent food processor and the ease of cleaning is a real plus. It's slightly heavy but I attribute that to a powerful motor. Works like a dream.
Great Product April 14, 2010 D. Black (Pennsylvania) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This product was certainly worth the price I paid for it. It runs very quietly compared to other processors that I have owned. The slice & shred blades do a great job. I like the fact that it has a metal post for the blade unlike others that only have a plastic post and that was always the part that broke. Feel confident in purchasing this product, you will not be disappointed.
The Perfect Food Processor! May 26, 2010 annie (Mid-MI) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
When my old food processor died, I wanted to replace it with the same size and kind. Luckily, they don't make that old food processor anymore, and I purchased this 7-Cup KitchenAid. This food processor does everything my old one did and so much more. It is absolutely fantastic!
I used it to process leftover roast beef to make sandwich spread. In a matter of seconds all the meat was minced perfectly. With my old food processor I had to stop and scrape down the sides several times, not so with this one. I have used it several other times and have been pleased with the results everytime.
This is the perfect food processor if you don't want something very small, or if you don't want to spend several hundred dollars. I highly recommend this food processor.
Outstanding little food processor June 5, 2010 Renee L. Schrunner (Tehachapi, Ca) I needed a food processor powerful enough to slice carrots every day for my horses. This one is awesome! Powerful, quiet and it has a small enough foot print to sit on my kitchen counter and look clean! It does not take on the orange of the carrots on the machine. The parts do a little but not enough to notice. I'm thinking about buying a backup just in case Kitchen Aid ever discontinues this model!!
Excellent for making baby food. July 25, 2010 sully I purchased this food processor so I could make baby food for my son. I have to say this machine works great. The motor is plenty powerful & all the parts clean easily. I would recommend this to anyone looking to make baby food for their children.
