I bought this juicer because it was inexpensive and my 7 year old wanted to try juicing. We have been happy with the results. It is easy to use and kid friendly. I would buy it again.

The product arrived damaged so I contacted Prosource immediately and to my surprise, they responded immediately and stated that I would be sent a new item.
After after attempting to contact me to see if a replacement would be satisfactory, I never responded as I didn't recognize the sender and ignored the email.
After inquiring, I found that since I didn't confirm, my money was being refunded.
I'm going to order another one and highly recommend any product this company offers.

If I could I'd give it minus 10 stars. Magic Bullet is a terrific small appliance, I love it to death but it is NOT a juicer by any stretch of imagination. Maybe you'll manage to fix a quater of a cup of melon or papaya juice but don't even dream of it handling carrots or even cucumbers. The cylinder mesh insert will jump off the seats in one nanosecond, there is no filter or cutting mesh of any kind between the pusher and the blades when you try to push your veggies down; you, your counter and kitchen walls be in pulp up to here (red beats make splatter decor especially bright and colorful:-) , all veggies/fruit/salad leaves completely wasted.
